salt communications, March 2016
Everyone likes salt.
salt, a London and Singapore based strategic communications agency that counts companies and brands like Unilever, ManpowerGroup, Lipton and Andrex among its clients, commissioned us to redesign their website.
Starting with a research phase that informed the structure of the site, we worked closely with salt's internal design team, delivering a clean, editorial-inspired site that that prioritises information in an uncluttered and elegant way.
Research + Planning
Wherever possible, Flint applies the principles of user-centred design. Our research for salt sought to identify, through use of data analytics, the information that users need, their expectations of the site, and the way they behave once they're there.
These insights informed the development of user personas, associated user journeys and ultimately the Information Architecture (or website structure - see right), providing us with a user-centred framework to move into design with.
